The countdown has officially begun for Christmas! I love Christmas time. It's wonderful to have a day to look forward to where we can spend time with family and not have to stress and worry about school, work, and bills. It's also a time where we can really be thankful for the most important gift we have ever been given, Christ. I am so excited! Plus, not to mention we get to go to Michigan for Christmas and we plan on staying there for about 3 weeks. YAY!! :D
So this past week, Thanksgiving! We had such a good time. We planned this huge meal and fried our turkey. Michael got a turkey fryer for his birthday last year so we decided to to fry our turkey. Also, last thanksgiving we went to Michigan and Michael's dad fried their turkey and it was so delicious! This was the one time this year, since we have been in Idaho, that we have been able to scrounge up enough money to afford a nice dinner too. We had green bean casserole, candied yams, turkey, homemade mashed potatoes with gravy, rolls, cranberry sauce, stuffing, pecan pie, apple pie, and sweet potato pie. So we had a good bit of food. (: Even though we only had 4 people eating it turned out great because we came out with alot of leftovers. Michael and I put together most of our stuff the night before so we wouldn't be cooking all day long. The turkey turned out amazing. We did one side sweet and one side spicy-ish. It was succulent, juicy and just down right good. Needless to say from now on we will probably fry our turkey. It's kind of expensive, but sooooo worth it. (: Adelaide tried a little bit of turkey, cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes. She really likes turkey and cranberry sauce, but she cringed and shook when we gave her mashed potatoes. LOL It was really cute. We had a pretty good thanksgiving. Since we didn't get the Texas game on tv we followed it here and there on our computer. But stopped watching when they threw an interception in the 4th quarter. Then we just started playing games together. It was a really good day for us. (:

Adelaide is nearly crawling. Right now she army crawls to get to where she wants. It's so funny. She will get her knees up and then just army crawl to her toys or things on the floor that she thinks she can eat. I think within the next couple of weeks she will be crawling. Yay!! It also makes me sad that she's growing up so fast. But man she is adorable. She is doing such cute things right now!
So yesterday was Leisha's birthday. Not thanksgiving, the day after. So here is her special shout out! I love you and miss you and your family like crazy. We never got along that well when we were younger but I think we came out on the positive end of things. We have come a long ways since the incident of me pushing her over the toilet and into the bathtub out of anger. (: We get along pretty well now. Sometimes she says exactly what I need to hear. She was there for me when Adelaide was born, helping me. And believe it or not, I was glad she was there when my mom wasn't able to be there. It was really comforting to have both of my sisters there. We have had some good times that is for sure. She is such a good mother and I am excited for her to become a mother once again. I miss her so much! I wish we all lived close. Anyway, Happy Birthday Leisha. I love you!

Today was Reesa Beesa's birthday! YAY! I can't believe how grown up she is. I was able to be there when she came home from the hospital and she was a cute, chubby little girl. And I have enjoyed every moment I have spent with her. She has the sweetest spirit. I love her! I miss her so much and I hope she has a wonderful birthday!
Anyway, until next time....enjoy these pictures.
