"V, is Very Very Extraordinary"

I dont know why, but I have been updating this blog like crazy!!! But I haven't been posting any pictures Facebook. Silly me. Adelaide has done something new, so I really want to post about it! I have realized that I haven't been writing in a physical paper journal, but I have been writing the blog a lot more so it's become my journal. Anyway, Adelaide has been pushing herself up on her hands like she wants to crawl. She already has the leg movements down for crawling but she still hasn't figured out how to do both to crawl. So I think she will be crawling pretty soon. She can pretty much sit up on her own but after awhile she just leans over her legs and wont push herself back up. It's pretty funny. It's too bad that I haven't captured that quite yet. Maybe by my next post I would have. (:
It's been really really chilly out here in the Burg. We are actually supposed to have snow tonight and at some point tomorrow. YAY!! The high on Thursday is 39! Gosh I love Rexburg! I love the weather here! I am so excited for snow!!! (: Well we have a couple of snow suits for Adelaide and we decided that we would try one on her to see what size she fits in. It was so cute!!! She looked like a little eskimo!
We also tried some baby puffs with her. She doesn't have teeth yet and she doesn't crawl but she was always trying to grab at baby food on the tray so I thought I would try it. She wasn't quite interested at first but we tried again the next day and she liked to play with them more than eat them. Now she eats a few here and there. It's really funny because she tried to use her fingers to grab them but realized that if she just slams her hand on the puffs that they will stick to her hand and then she just shoves her whole hand in her mouth. LOL It's so funny. She's such a silly goose!

This was the first time Adelaide fit into the Michigan dress we bought her when I was only a few months pregnant. She looked adorable! We put some tights on her and oh my it was soooo cute! I think she might be teething because she has been so fussy and she has been chewing on her fingers like crazy! But we will see.
So last week I went to our neighbors house downstairs for a women's night. Basically a bunch of ladies get together and do crafts and stuff. Alot of them crochet together. Well I don't have any crafts and I certainly dont crochet. Well my friend Nakiesha said she would teach me how to crochet. So I am now learning and I went and bought some crochet stuff. Our friends from across the hall came over too and it turned out that me, Nakeisha and Jess just hung out most of the night and chattered. It was really fun. It's sad, because thats the most fun I have had in awhile. I don't really get out very much, Mike is gone a lot and I don't have a ton of friends. So it was a nice little break. It was fun. Hopefully I will be able to crochet some awesome stuff for Adelaide.
I decorated our door for Halloween. It took soooo long but I finally did it! I got the idea off of pinterest and didn't realize that it would take so long. But it did. It looks sooo good though! :D We have a  few more plans to decorate for Halloween but we probably won't do those until next week sometime. Thankfully Mike got Halloween off so now he can come with me and Adelaide trick or treating! :D YAY!!! I love the holidays! Enjoy the pictures!
